  • Formation of a Project Card artifact to support the pilot, as well as other stage artifacts.
  • Practicing MVP design skills, working with a product metrics tree, building a product financial model, planning resources for product implementation, building a product roadmap
Defending the product pilot at Design steering committee
  • Presentation of the developed initiatives at the Steering Committee of the Design stage with the help of the prepared "Project Card" artifact
  • Selection of the initiative pool for further implementation of the pilots according to the given criteria: revenue to cost ratio, risk accounting, measurability of results, evaluation of P&L and its scaling, impact of the initiative on the company's strategic priorities and key customer segments, and possibility of implementing a "short lever" (achieving the first metrics within a 3-month window)
